1. Be early! Never be late. No excuse will ever do.

3. Less is more when speaking or in e-mails
4. Use the right e-mail account for the job, anything you do not want read by your boss or your company should never go in your company e-mail
5. Share little or no personal info, professional accomplishments are mentionable ONCE, BRIEFLY, then let them go.
6. Be reserved but friendly and helpful
7. Remember your blood sugar and your temper
8. Focus on the deliverables, over deliver, under promise
9. Early delivery is on-time, on-time delivery is late, late is BAD
10. Fight the fights you are willing to bet your job on, let the rest go. Object, be on record, then let it go
11. NEVER say "told you so", let others do it for you, then be modest
