[1] Bunch of Asparagus


  • Break Asparagus stems where they naturally break to remove woody bits
  • Roll tops into two layers of paper towel
  • Place in a glass container with a good lid
  • Wet Paper towels until good and wet
  • Pour off excess water
  • Put lid on (make sure steam can escape)
  • Microwave on high for 3 minutes, rest 2 minutes
  • Repeat until fork tender
